Min Max planning does not generate purchase requisition

Summary:

We have enabled min max planning at item organization level where all the requisite setup are done. When we run ESS job (Print Min Max planning) the report shows up the correct replenishment qty as per our setups.

When we run the Process supply orchestration interface ESS job we are able to see the request in the interface but there is error -

The charge account can't be generated. The transaction account definition couldn't derive a valid account for the CS PO Charge Account Inventory account combination rule. Modify the account rule used in the transaction account definition to match the conditions for the transaction. Contact your Procurement application administrator. You must enter the Charge Account attribute.
