What is the correct way to process items stuck in-progress in Item Batch

in Product Management

Summary:

While importing the Item Batch, there are many items stuck In-Progress tab. I do not want to make any changes to the items data.

I have clicked "Process Data" button , the item import job gets submitted. After the job ends - the items still remains stuck in Progress.

Please let me know - what is the correct way to process these items ? These items should either go into Completed tab / Error tab.
