Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) instances are not visible from console UI

Summary:

I have recently observed an issue with the OIC instances, It would be helpful to know if others have also experienced a similar issue...

 

In the past couple weeks, the OIC console is not showing some of the integration instances in the observability tabs under both Projects and Design menu. After careful observation, I came to realize that the integrations has run and executed behind the screens without displaying any instance info on the console.

This is causing some issues for tracking the errors and debugging issues in real-time while testing from different sources (third party systems, postman, Fusion)… So even when the integration instances has executed properly,
