Localhost connection not working (again)

Assume this is not unique to me - but

EPM Planning v26.08.65 seems to have broken the localhost connection again

have tried with and without adding the 443 port number, now get a message:

"Invalid host specified in the URL. The URL must resolve to a public host."

The only thing in the release notes is reference to a future release and IP's rather than the localhost
