AI Agent - Approval Process Issue

We're currently struggling to use the new Approval Process feature in 26C.

To test the functionality, we created a simple "dummy" approval process that sends an approval request to a specific user. However, after creating the process, we're no longer able to edit it. Instead, we receive the following error:

getProcessDetails failed: No process found for moduleIdentifier: [approval process name]

In addition, when configuring an Approval node and trying to select an approval process, no processes are available for selection, even though several approval processes already exist.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any guidance or known workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
