Monthly Patch Timing

our daily maintenance window is scheduled for 08:00 UTC. However, the oracle note - Monthly Update Schedule state that the patching will be performed during the daily maintenance window (at or after 14:00 UTC for OC4/OC19 realms, or 22:00 UTC for other realms).

Based on the PROD URL, our realm appears to be uk-london-1. Could you please confirm whether the patching for our realm will be carried out during our regular maintenance window at 08:00 UTC, or whether it will follow the schedule mentioned in the notes and be performed at 22:00 UTC?

I have noticed that, from Audit, historically, the application startup and shutdown process has taken approximately two minutes. Is it expected that the patching process would also take only around two minutes, or is the duration typically longer?"
