Is there any Database-Level Audit Trail for Indian MCA Compliance in FCCS?

Hi, we wanted to know how to enable and configure the database-level Audit Trail in Oracle FCCS to comply with the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) guidelines.

The following application-level audit settings are currently enabled in our FCCS environment:

• Metadata Administration
• Security
• Data Forms
• User Administration
• Rules
• Approvals
• Journals
• Clear Cell Details
• Data
• Variables and Consolidation Settings

However, our auditor has specifically requested evidence of the database-level audit trail feature within the EPM application/software. We would therefore appreciate the community's guidance on the following:

1. Whether FCCS provides a database-level audit trail in addition to the application audit settings listed above.
