Insert I_TRANSACTION_NO in IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS through agent direct SQL update, tell me how assign it

Summary:

Basically, I want to insert lines in IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS because my business requirement is that Inbound Transmission through One line for each shipment (because integration is on shipment level)

Inbound Transmission not through lines on ship unit level, I have to tackle it on OTM side 
Now further in OTM I have to through lines on ship unit level (IE_S_SHIP_UNIT)
Means:
Inbound Integration through One line in IE_SHIPMENTSTAUS (In agent I insert respective line for IE_S_SHIP_UNIT using same $trans_id which is in IE_SHIPMENTSTATUS)
Then if shipment has multiple ship units
