Redwood Position Budget approvals

in Workforce Management

Hi Oracle Community,

I am setting up Position Budgeting in Oracle Fusion HCM and would like to know how to configure Approvals for this feature.

My current setup:
• Allocate By = Department
• Position Budget is created successfully
• Convey Headcount Overshoot As = Warning
• Convey FTE Overshoot As = Warning

Requirement:
Whenever a department's position budget is exceeded, the approval notification should be triggered and routed to the superior of the department.

Could anyone please guide me on how to configure the approval rule for Position Budgeting? Specifically:

  1. Which transaction should I edit in Manage Approval Transactions for HCM — is it "Create Position" or something else?
