How to refer to project details in asset approval spreadsheet

Summary:

We have requirement to route asset retirement approval to Project Manager.

We have asset getting created from project module and each project has a project manager assigned, when asset is retired system should send approval notification to project manager of project associated with that asset.

We tried to locate project field in asset approval spreadsheet but could not locate any such field there.

Please let us know, how to handle this kind of requirement.
