oauth Authorization code - Could not refresh the access token.

Summary:
Dear Experts ,
We have configurted REST adapter for ERP fusion as Oauth Authorization code.

Why the refresh token not working !
Is it that we need to authorize and give consent every 7 days ? - Please help here
