How to change the Welcome Page Name Format

We have a requirement to change the name format displayed on the Oracle Fusion HCM Home Page. Please refer to the screenshot below for the current display. Could anyone please advise on the appropriate configuration and steps required to change the name format?

We have already updated the Global Display Name format; however, the change is not being reflected in the name displayed on the Home Page. I have followed the steps outlined below and completed the required configuration, but the Home Page continues to display [Last Name] [First name]
