Prevent Suppliers from entering zero price in responses

Summary:

After the 24A update of allowing zero response price in Supplier quotations, there's no option to disable the zero Supplier responses in the RFQ. Is there a way we can disable this feature for a particular client POD?

Suppliers make mistakes in entering the quote and may enter 0 without intending to offer an item for free. Also, in few of the cases, Suppliers may enter 0 as an inclination to show disinterest in the participation.
