Clone failing due to Auto Predict artifacts

Since upgrading to 26.07 our daily clones of FCC have been failing due to auto predict "forms"

We upgraded to 26.07 last week in our production environments and since then our daily clones to DR have been failing for FCC. The error is saying that our main service administration account doesn't have permissions on some Auto Predict "forms" that have existed and not changed in 4 months. We have never had this issue before we upgraded to 26.07. The exact error for one of the artifacts is:
