Unable to Update Learning Assignment Status from Withdrawn to Active via HDL

Dear Community Members,

We have a requirement to update learning assignment statuses from Withdrawn to Active using HDL. While we were able to perform this action successfully through the UI, we are now trying to achieve the same outcome through an integration by creating an HDL template.

However, when attempting the update via HDL, we receive the following error:

LearningRecord status cannot be updated from ORA_ASSN_REC_WITHDRAWN to ORA_ASSN_REC_ACTIVE for LearningItemType ORA_COURSE.

We would like to know if anyone has encountered a similar use case and successfully reactivated a withdrawn learning assignment through HDL. If so, could you please share the HDL format/template or any guidance on how this was accomplished?
