Redwood Catalog administration profile - Learning Catalog items (Course) NOT visible to Contributors

Summary:

Issue: Newly created or existing Courses tagged with a Catalog administration Profile are NOT visible or accessible to the contributors

Steps followed:

A catalog administration profile (Technology) is setup with a list of contributors. C1, C2..

One of the contributors, C1, creates a new learning item - course (Course01) and select CAP = Technology

After clicking activate, the newly created Course01 is NOT visible under Learning catalog.

The filters also do not display "Technology" as one of the LOVs under Catalog Administrator Profiles filter

NOTE:

Contributor - C1 has the required duty role setup - Learning Catalog Management Duty

Contributor - C1 has AOR setup with a separate Department
