Redwood Learning Catalog items (newly created Course) NOT visible to Contributors

Summary:

Issue: Newly created Course is NOT visible to the contributors

Steps followed:

A catalog administrator profile (Technology) is setup with a list of contributors. C1, C2..

One of the contributors, C1, creates a new learning item - course (Course01) and select CAP = Technology

After clicking activate, the newly created Course01 is NOT visible under Learning catalog.

The filters also do not display "Technology" as one of the LOVs under Catalog Administrator Profiles filter

NOTE:

Contributor - C1 has the required duty role setup - Learning Catalog Management Duty

Contributor - C1 has AOR setup with a separate Department

Contributor - C1 has Data security Policies attached via a custom role with Condition = View All values for privileges - Manage catalog Learning courses, View catalog Learning items by Administrator
