Currently, Oracle Incentive Compensation supports updating non-individualized (shared) rate table values through the createUpdateRate SOAP operation. However, Oracle Support has confirmed that this service can update only one rate record per request.

For customers managing rate tables with multiple rate values, this limitation requires a separate SOAP request for each individual rate record, resulting in increased processing time, integration complexity, and maintenance effort.

Oracle Support has also confirmed that the REST API and Oracle Visual Builder Add-in for Excel (VBAFE)
