Customers need the ability to upload and store existing PDF agreements and other supporting documents and associate them with a Compensation Plan and/or Participant record in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.

The requirement is to upload existing PDF files without using the standard Plan Document generation process, including RTF templates, document generation, or the associated approval workflow and maintenance.

The documents should be accessible only to authorized Incentive Compensation Administrators and Analysts, while Participants/Representatives should not be able to view or access them.
