We have received a new business requirement whereby the requester should be able to create a PO when the PO amount is less than or equal to EUR 1,500 (approximately AED 6,300) not requesting for auto PO creation. At the same time, the existing design must remain unchanged: Buyers should continue to create POs for all amounts as per the current process. Existing approval workflows must not be impacted.
We explored the possibility of achieving this through a custom role; however, this approach is not supported. Could you please advise:
