FAQ's for Using job-profile skills as a baseline for employee profiles

Summary:

We are exploring whether job-profile skills can provide team members with an initial skills foundation in Skills Center.

The goal is to make the Talent Profile more useful as an internal resume, while allowing team members to later develop, self-assess, and validate skills. We want to avoid presenting a job requirement as proof that an employee has demonstrated proficiency.

Questions for the community:

  1. Do job-profile skills need to be marked as "required" to be propogated through propagate dynamic skills to workers?
  2. How are propogated role skills displayed when an employee has not self-rated them? Are they shown under Skills I'm Developing, Skills I Have, or another area? What about within the Grow experience?
