Award Budget show “Financial plan type” generation source but FPT setup is “Project plan type”?

Summary:

We are using Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM/Grants Management 26B.

The sponsored financial plan type is configured as follows:

• Planning Amounts: Cost only
• Designate as Approved Cost Budget: Enabled
• Enable Budgetary Controls: Enabled
• Generation Source: Project plan type
• Source Plan Type: Project Plan
• Source Plan Version: Baseline

However, when creating an Award Budget using this same financial plan type, the Planning Options page displays:

• Budget Generation Source: Financial plan type
• Source Plan Type: Blank and mandatory
• Source Plan Version: Blank
• Plan Version Status: Blank
• Planning Resource Breakdown Structure: Blank

Based on the financial plan type setup, we expected the Award Budget screen to show:
