Profile values FND_READ_ONLY_MODE not fetched in REST API

in HCM REST APIs

Tried to fetch profile values thru below API, seems its not available from the values returned.

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/profileValues

Which is one of the "Oracle Middleware Extensions for Applications"

Idea is to try Enable and Disable access for Users using Rest api than using UI. Please some light on the same. Thanks in advance.
