Cannot Create Visualization in Redwood Analytics

Hello,

In following this documentation, I attempted to create a new visualization for Redwood Analytics and mapping an OTBI report to it. My goal is to add this to the Recruiting Activity Center. However when clicking "Create" in the top right corner, nothing happens, and I get an endpoint error on the Console log. I've raised an SR, but I'm wondering if others are experiencing the same?
