AOR based Approval configuration for Manage Work Schedule Assignment

Summary:

We have a scenario where a work schedule request submitted by a Line Manager (LM) needs to be sent to HR Ops for approval. However, the approval task currently does not provide a Representative option, so we are unable to configure approval routing based on Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Additionally, the approval payload contains very limited information. Currently, there is no attribute available to determine whether the request was submitted by a Line Manager or an Administrator.

Our requirement is:

• Requests submitted by a Line Manager should be routed to HR Ops for approval.
• Requests submitted by an Administrator
