Ledge Agent "Intent details couldn't be completely determined based on the entered prompt"

Summary:

I'm very new to Ledger Agent, when I try to create a new monitoring prompt e.g Manual posted journals without approvals, from a seeded prompt i get the below message

Intent details couldn't be completely determined based on the entered prompt.

This is in 26B

So thought I would ask is anyone else having this issue, or what is it that I have missing from my configuration, so far we have it appearing and opening ok without error. But beyond that is a bit of a challenge. Thank you
