Can we associate two inv organizations with two different Cost Methods under a Cost Organization

Summary:

Can we associate two inv organizations with two different Cost Methods under a Cost Organization? Or better to create two different Cost Organizations for each Cost Method type?

Example: Inv Org1 ⇒ Average (Cost Method)

Inv Org2 ⇒ Actual (Cost Method)

Considering huge numbers of items, Item level Cost Method/Cost profile association if not the case.
