AOR Autoprovisioning - Existing AOR

Summary:

I am testing the AOR autoprovisioning and it seems to be working fine. Please confirm if the below results are expected:

1. If employees already have the same responsibility type, it adds the responsibility template with different 'From Date' and different responsibility name.

2. If I run the autoprovisioning again, the responsibility name of the autoprovisioned AORs were updated.

My understanding is if there is already an existing AOR for the same responsibility type or template, it will not make any changes. So if #2 is expected, the employee's AOR will be updated whenever we run the autoprovision process.
