Summary:

Smart View Cell doesn't get dirty or dark yellow if we copy & paste values from formula to the cell, but if you refresh the sheet and paste the values again, Cells become dirty again (Dark Yellow). So, every time we need to refresh & paste the values.

Please note: The issue happening while pasting values from Formula Cell to Data Cell not directly modifying the values.

Can you please let me know is anyone noticed similar behaviour.
