User Defined Attribute3 and 4 columns are coming with a Search Icon on the Mass Update screen

Summary:

User Defined Attribute3 and 4 columns in OTM have been made Editable and from the ORDER_RELEASE table have been made editable on the Results tab in a screen set, but they are coming with a Search Icon on the Mass Update screen and this search icon is not going away. Please check the screenshot below,

Can someone let me know why this is happening and what can be done to remove the Search icon from the mass update screen. The search icon is unchecked for both attributes on the screen set.
