VBS Timeout issue after IAM upgrade

Summary:

We have encountered Timeout issue on VBS, for like every 90seconds, after the Oracle IAM Upgrade.

I have already checked the Domain Session settings in OCI and the Session duration is already set to 480minutes or 8hrs.

We cannot do any development work in VBS right now.
I have created an Oracle SR for a month now, but Oracle Support is of no help, ignoring every OWC that we have requested, even requested manager action multiple times.

So I am hoping someone in this community can help.
