EPBCS to FCCS data push to different Years

Summary:

Facing some issue while sending data to FCCS. When we execute DLR to push data to FCCS for Jan-26, it ends up with warning as there is no data for Jan-26. When we try to push the same data from period Dec-25 to Jan-26, Somehow Jan-25 data gets pushed. Needed some help with this
