Replenishment Plan shows same value for both minimum quantity and maximum quantity. Possible Reasons

As per my calculation minimum quantity is 174.4 and maximum quantity is 109 but Plan is showing both minimum quantity and maximum quantity as 256.

What could be the reason?

• Policy Assignment Set uses Min Max Planning

• Average daily demand = 30.225
• Total lead time = 5
• Demand during lead time = 30.225*5 = 151.125
• Safety Stock = 30.225*3 = 90.675
• Minimum Quantity = 151.125+90.675 = 241.8
• Maximum Quantity = 30.225*5 = 151.125

However plan shows both minimum and maximum quantity as 256. How is this value calculated? And why is both minimum order quantity and maximum order quantity 256?
