Can Supply Chain Planning understand Process Formula's Co-product?
Summary:
Hi experts.
We have a scenario where we're using Formula (new in Product Management) and then Work Definitions in Process Manufacturing
We have 1 Primary Output and a Co-product in one of Formula / Work Definition.
However, when we have demand only for the Co-Product, the Supply Chain Planning is not finding the Work Definition hence not able to release the Planned Work Order.
Is there anything that needs to be enable in the Plan to enable it to understand that there is a Work Definition for the Co-Product and then create the Work Order?
E.g.:
In the example below, we have a Formula Structure in which Item A is a Primary Output but there's no demand for it. The expectation is that a Work Order gets created using this Work Definition because there is a demand for Item B.
