Identifying the Failed Released Planned Orders

Summary:

If a Planner is release 100 Planned orders in a span of one hour... 4- Planned orders did not created a REQ/WO/Tranfer Order... How can he find Planned order failed to create REQ/WO/Tranfer Order... Do we have any option to check in Supplies and Demand Table to see success and fail records ? We can see error in Supply Orchestraiton, But user need to create a data and compare which are created and which are not created, Then he need to check in Supplies and Demand, Looks like its a more manual work to a Planner.

Can you please review and suggest.
