Newly created action reason is not appearing in terminate work relationship LOV under resignation.

I created a new action reason called "Personal/Better Opportunity"(under setup and maintenance → manage action reason) and associated it with the Resignation action type (under setup and maintenance → manage actions→ resignation) . However, when I initiate a Terminate Work Relationship , this reason doesn't appear in the Action Reason dropdown list.

I have verified the configuration and compared it with existing reasons that are working, but the new reason is still not visible.

Has anyone come across this issue before, or is there any additional setup that I might be missing?
