Hi,

I would like to better understand how Pricing works in Oracle Fusion Learning and would appreciate any guidance from the community.

  1. How does the system calculate the Price for learners in Employee Self-Service?
  2. When I select “Use to calculate item price…”, where will this pricing be displayed on the learner's Learning page?
  3. If I select the “Required” checkbox for a pricing component, what does this control or affect?
  4. For the total/average price shown in the highlighted section, how is the figure calculated? Is it the total price divided by the total number of learners, or is it based only on completed learners?
