Ampere A1 Always Free instance disabled

Hello,

I have an Ampere A1 Always Free instance in the EU-Marseille region that I am trying to resize to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB of RAM.

The instance OCID is:

ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-marseille-1.anwxeljrcqgxztycy733amxhlxpqlhi3ivx5bbijlhbvk7o2hdibfnial6qq

When I try to make changes to the instance, I receive the following error:

Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-marseille-1.anwxeljrcqgxztycy733amxhlxpqlhi3ivx5bbijlhbvk7o2hdibfnial6qq is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.

I would like to keep the existing instance and resize it rather than terminate and recreate it, as Ampere A1 capacity in the EU-Marseille region can be difficult to obtain.
