Request backend resize of disabled A1 instance to 2 OCPU / 12GB in Chuncheon

Hello Oracle Team,

I have an Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance in South Korea North (Chuncheon), ap-chuncheon-1.

Instance OCID:
ocid1.user.oc1..aaaaaaaaryyh3iyfun65pe2rk525wvv2m7fljsedcne57l4flkufe3jrg7yq

The instance is currently configured with 4 OCPUs and 24 GB RAM and has been disabled after the recent Always Free A1 entitlement change.

I understand and accept the new Always Free limit of 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM. I am not requesting to keep the old 4 OCPU / 24 GB entitlement.

My problem is that I cannot perform the resize myself.

Even before the instance was disabled, self-service resizing was not available to me in Chuncheon because my Free Tier tenancy had no available A1 capacity/quota. Currently, new Free Tier A1 capacity is also unavailable in
