Redwood UI Receipt Layer Costs does not display Cost Breakdown details

Summary:

We observed a discrepancy between the Classic UI and Redwood UI cost inquiry pages.

In Classic UI > Review Transaction Costs, users can expand a transaction and view a detailed Cost Breakdown (for example, Material and Overhead cost components) under the transaction cost record.

However, in Redwood UI > Receipt Layer Costs, the same transaction and item information are displayed, but there is no option to expand or view the underlying cost breakdown details. Only the summarized transaction cost is shown.

Expected Behavior

The Redwood UI Receipt Layer Costs page should provide the same level of cost detail as the Classic UI Review Transaction Costs page, allowing users to view the cost component breakdown for the selected transaction/receipt layer.
