Always Free A1 instance disabled — need re-enable to resize to 2 OCPU / 12 GB

Hello,

My existing VM.Standard.A1.Flex Always Free instance was administratively disabled after the new Always Free Ampere A1 limits were introduced.

The instance is currently configured with:

  • 3 OCPUs
  • 17 GB RAM
  • Shape: VM.Standard.A1.Flex
  • Region: il-jerusalem-1

I want to immediately resize the SAME existing instance to the new Always Free limit:

  • 2 OCPUs
  • 12 GB RAM

However, OCI does not allow me to resize it because the instance itself is disabled. The Console shows:

"Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

Please temporarily re-enable my existing instance so I can immediately resize it to 2 OCPUs / 12 GB.
