Test to Concurrent Maintenance with Prod to Maintain Ability to make VBS Promotions

We increasingly are running into restrictions in our ability to promote VBS changes to Prod. We have had a few times when we have had to revert due to testing gaps and thus want to avoid a situation where we promote within a week of a maintenance and then have no ability to revert if an issue is discovered in the first few days. We also struggle with getting full/clear requirements from our customers and thus it’s hard to have clear timelines to hit these limited windows of promotion availability.
