Completed Request Remains in Draft Status, 26.07 Bug?

Summary:
Is anyone else seeing requests that have been completed but remain in Draft status (and still editable and re-submittable)? The screenshot below shows what I mean. Notice that the search bar includes the source request name (bolded in the descriptions of the completed subscriptions) yet the source request is still in Draft status and I can still edit it.

It doesn't appear pervasive, I've only seen 2 instances of it and we patched up to 26.07 last week.
