Issues with OGL sign in using your Oracle Account with MFA

Attention Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) console users:

We are aware of an issue in which some OGL users are reporting that they are not able to sign into the OGL console using their Oracle Account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Please be advised that this issue is not exclusive to OGL and is associated with a user's Oracle Account, which is used to sign into other Oracle applications and communities, such as Cloud Customer Connect or My Learn.
