No new custom role is appearing in the LoV under the Security tab of the AI Workflow Agent in 26C

Summary:

Permission groups are enabled for these roles, and both HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV and ORA_DR_FAI_GENERATIVE_AI_AGENT_RUNTIME_DUTY have been added to the roles. However, the newly created custom roles are still not appearing in the LOV under the Security tab of the AI Workflow Agent in 26C, while existing custom roles are appearing as expected.
