Currently, the transaction approval process involves two steps within the notifications:

• Approving and submitting the transaction.
• adding comments to the transaction and submitting.

This makes the process less efficient than required for the daily activities of a user approving a workflow.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Implement a setting to enable or disable the submission of comments during approval. This would allow for a single-step process, implying agreement with the request without the need to add further comments to the notification response.
