HR Manager Edit role unable to convert Pending Workers

Hi everyone,

I’m investigating an issue related to the conversion of Pending Workers in Oracle HCM.

We have two roles involved in the process:

  • HR SSC – the role can access New Person > Pending Workers and successfully perform the Convert action.
  • HR Manager Edit – the role can access the relevant area, but is not able to perform the conversion of a Pending Worker.

There are no customizations in Structure that would prevent the application/page from being displayed for the HR Manager Edit role.

Based on the checks performed so far, this does not appear to be related to the application/page visibility. It may be related to security privileges, although I have not been able to identify a specific privilege clearly associated with the
