Ledger Agent Issue as its not retrieving any data and giving standard message - Your request did not

Summary:

I have configured Ledger agent in our instance and it seems to be working fine when tested initially, however all of a sudden when i am searching for any activity in Balances / Journals - i am not getting any data and its just returning a message

Your request did not return any journal details for the specified criteria. - This is happening for all the cases where i am trying to do a search in either Journals or Balances.
