Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex Instances Disabled – Unable to Re-enable

Hello Oracle Community,

I have two existing Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex Compute instances in the ap-mumbai-1 region that are currently disabled.

The OCI Console displays the following message:

"Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

These instances were already running as Always Free instances, but they are now administratively disabled, and I am unable to start, stop, or modify them.

I am using an Always Free tenancy, and I am unable to create a Technical Service Request through the normal support process.

Could you please advise whether these existing Always Free A1.Flex instances can be re-enabled and what official support process I should use to request re-enablement?
