ARCS User is getting removed by administrator during daily maintenance.

Summary:

We are facing an issue in ARCS where a user is removed from the Preparer teams during the daily maintenance process every time after the user is added to the teams.

We add the user to the required Preparer teams, and the user remains assigned until the daily maintenance runs. After maintenance, the user is automatically removed from the teams.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Could you please advise why the user is being removed during daily maintenance and how this can be prevented?
